Your storage price includes the following perks:

  • Drive up access to your unit – no long corridors or lifts, no long-distance lifting
  • Out of hours access to your belongings
  • Friendly customer service – contact us by email or phone any time
  • Rolling monthly contract with a 14-day notice period – plus, we refund any unused days of storage that you don’t end up using (subject to unit check)
  • We’re full SSA UK members, meeting their standard for membership
  • 24/7 CCTV
  • Electric gate access for storage customers only
  • You hold the keys to your unit
  • Scale up and down as your needs change

We require a fully refundable security deposit at sign-up, equivalent to two weeks’ storage fees (including VAT). This deposit helps ensure the proper care of our units and is refunded when you move out, subject to a check of the unit’s condition. It’s extremely unlikely that we would need to keep anyone’s deposit – it’s simply a security measure for our peace of mind.

The prices above do not include insurance, however we are happy to cover you under our insurance policy for an affordable price – and you’ll only pay whilst you’re storing with us. Simply add this on when you book, and you’ll be covered automatically.

It all depends on your use for storage! From the storage side of things, you may need to purchase a container padlock for your unit that fits in the container lockbox. We sell high-quality locks on site, or you can provide your own.

You can also rent heavy-duty shelving from us to maximise the space in your unit. Simply add this to your booking, or contact us to add it on later.

Outside of that, you may need to budget for a removals company and any packaging materials you may require.

We do not offer move-in discounts or offers at this time. However, we keep our prices simple, competitive, and affordable from the start, making it easier to budget for with no sudden jumps in price.
