How storage works

1 Choose your storage unit

First things first, have a look at our size guide to figure out which of our storage units would be the best fit for you.

We have units available in 40sqft, 80sqft, and 160sqft sizes. While most of our containers are located outside, we do have a number of 160sqft units available inside.

All units are protected by 24/7 CCTV and controlled, electric gate access for storage customers only. Units located inside have the additional benefit of being within an alarmed building.

2 Book it today

Once you have decided on the ideal amount of storage for your needs, fill out our quick quote form or give us a call to find out about our pricing and availability.

If everything sounds good and you are happy to go ahead and store with us, we will then reserve the storage unit you have requested for you. We can currently reserve units for up to a week in advance of your move in date, giving you additional flexibility.

If the unit size you are looking for is not currently available, we are more than happy to pop you on our waiting list. We will keep you posted as availability changes and you will be given priority when one does come up.


3 Quick, easy sign up

Perfect – you’ve chosen and reserved your storage unit, and can rest assured knowing you have a space ready for you when you need it.

All that’s left to do prior to your move-in date is set up your storage account with us and sign the Licence Agreement. We will arrange a good time to meet and complete this, and kindly ask that you bring the following with you to check in:

  • Photo ID (e.g. driving licence or passport)
  • Separate proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement less than 3 months old)
  • Future contact details – if your address is due to change during your rental period
  • Emergency contact details – someone who we can contact if we cannot get ahold of you
  • Full replacement value of the items you will be storing
  • Payment method for the first month’s storage (i.e. debit or credit card)

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you are storing are adequately insured. Not only does insuring your goods give you additional peace of mind, we make it simpler and more affordable than ever to add it to your storage package, with prices starting from just £1 a week. 4 Get storing!

That’s all the paperwork done, and now it’s time for you to move your goods in! With unlimited drive-up access outside of office hours, you can move your belongings into your storage unit at your convenience.

Need assistance with anything? Please let us know – we’re happy to help!

Once you’re all unloaded, it’s time to chill out! We’ll keep your belongings safe and secure, and you can treat yourself to a well-deserved rest.

And when you’re all ready to move out of the storage unit, you just need to give us at least 14 days’ written notice. Following this we will refund your security deposit and any leftover, unused days of storage (subject to unit check).
