Pay your account

New: Set up automatic card payments for your storage

We are pleased to announce that as part of upgrades to our system, you can now set up automatic payments by card instead of needing to pay manually each time.

To set up your account and add a payment card:

1. Go to the Log In page here.
2. Click “Forgot password?”.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account (the one you receive invoices to) and click “Send Me Reset Instructions”.
4. You will receive an email with a link to change your password. Click this link, choose a secure password, and log in.
5. Click “Add Card Now” to securely add your debit or credit card for future payments.
